tribefinly helps organize expense information. It is not a bank, credit institution, or professional tax or legal advisor. You are responsible for your financial decisions and compliance with tax and other obligations.

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g. authentication providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPLITNEST AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100, IF APPLICABLE.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify tribefinly against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
